We then wanted to know whether the shifting business climate has influenced current staffing challenges. We asked, "Are your staffing challenges different from a year ago?"
Of those who said "yes", the majority cited the economic shift as the major contributing factor.
To further explore employee retention, we asked, �What position has the highest turnover rate in your company?� The results follow:

Of those indicating highest turnover in Clerical/Administrative roles, 50% indicated their Receptionist positions had the highest turnover rate, while 29% said their Administrative Assistants turned over most.
