Our temporary employees are carefully interviewed, their references are checked, and, depending upon the assignment, their skills may be tested so that you can be sure that you will receive a qualified candidate to perform in the capacity desired. We also offer a Performance Guarantee for our temporary employees. If you are not satisfied with your temporary employee's work performance, notify an Adams Staffing Specialist within the first four hours of the assignment. We will dispatch a replacement, and you will be credited up to four hours for the unsatisfactory performance.
